Booking Policy

Welcome to Himalayan Spa! We appreciate your interest in our services and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience. Please read our detailed booking policy below to ensure a smooth and seamless appointment process.

 

Booking Requirements

 

To secure your appointment with us, the following information is required:

 

  1. Full Name: To confirm your identity and appointment details.

  2. Phone Number: For any necessary communication regarding your appointment.

  3. Email Address: For sending appointment confirmations, reminders, and other relevant information.

  4. A Valid Credit Card is required to secure bookings for:

 

Spa Packages: All packages requiring multiple treatments or services.

Longer Appointments: Any appointment exceeding 1 hour.

Group Bookings: All appointments involving 2 or more individuals.

 

We may or may not also require a credit card to reserve your booking for special circumstances.

 

Other Options: If you prefer not to leave your credit card upon booking we can arrange a different option such as leaving a deposit.

 

Credit Card Security

 

We prioritize your privacy and security. All credit card information provided during the booking process will be stored securely in our booking system. 

 

**Important Note**: Credit card details are not subject to any third-party sharing. This means your information will remain confidential and will only be collected for securing your appointment. Your card is subject to being charged according to our cancellation policy. Please view this HERE.

 

2. Holding Appointments

 

If we have partially completed your appointment and are waiting for further details, confirmation or booking requirements, we can hold your spot for up to 24 hours upon request. If these requirements are not met within the 24-hour window, your booking will be released and made available to other clients.

 

If your requested appointment is within the 24 hour window (for example you are looking to book in for the next day), we will not be holding your appointment. You must complete your booking with us right away to ensure your appointment is confirmed.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4. Arrival Policy

 

We kindly ask our clients to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This allows time for any paperwork and for you to settle into a relaxed mindset for your spa experience. 

 

Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time, as we want to ensure that all clients booked immediately afterwards receive their full experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Changes to the Booking Policy

 

Himalayan Spa reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and directly to clients who have made bookings.

Cancellation Policy

At Himalayan Spa, we prioritize providing exceptional service to our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively and maintain our high standards, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy. Thank you for choosing our team at Himalayan Spa. We look forward to seeing you soon!

 

1. Notice for Changes or Cancellations - 24 HOUR POLICY

​

Clients are required to provide a minimum of

**24 hours notice** for any changes to the appointment, including cancellations. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.

 

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

​

If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period, a 20% fee is charged -- of the appointment value -- to the credit card on file. This fee will be converted into SPA CREDIT and can be used towards your next visit. This fee is non-refundable.

 

3. No-Show Policy OR Last Minute Cancellations (within 2 hours of your appointment)

 

In the event of a NO SHOW, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 20% charge of the appointment value will be applied to the credit card on file. The same policy is applied for Cancellations within 2 hours of your booking start time.

 

This charge is non-refundable and reflects the missed opportunity for our business and other clients.

 

4. Spa Credit Usage

Spa Credit obtained through cancellations cannot be redeemed for cash and is applicable only at the Himalayan Spa for services OR products.

 

5. Exceptions

​

We understand that emergencies may arise. Should a situation occur that prevents you from notifying us within the required period, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, subject to management’s discretion.

Gift Certificate Policy

You must bring your gift certificate or proof of your digital E-Card with you and present it to our front desk staff upon cash out. We will not be held liable if you are charged in full for services/products due to failing to present your gift certificate to us at cash out.​

Gift Certificate dollar amounts DO NOT EXPIRE

 

2. Spa Services​

Gift Certificates with services or packages purchased older than 2 years:

 

  • The gift certificate value will equal the original amount paid for the service(s) You can use this amount towards our newest and most updated services being offered.​
